At Homebound, we strive to ensure a smooth and transparent experience for all our users. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be provided for our premium plans.
1. Cancellation of Subscription
You may cancel your premium subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your account will maintain premium status until the end of the current billing cycle, at which point it will revert to the standard tier. We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for partially used billing periods.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer a refund within 7 days of the initial purchase date, provided that you have not consumed a significant portion of the premium credits or utilized the exclusive services designated for premium accounts. After 7 days from the initial purchase, all fees paid are non-refundable.
Refunds are only applicable to your initial subscription charge and do not apply to renewals or plan upgrades.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Please note that the following services and charges are strictly non-refundable:
- Consumed credits for contacting property owners or leads.
- One-time administrative or processing fees.
- Promoted or featured property listing durations that have already commenced.
4. Processing Refunds
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@homebound.in with your account details and reason for the request. If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
5. Changes to This Policy
Homebound reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
